Positivity-The Key to All Solutions

Positivity-The Key to All Solutions

“A door is much smaller than a house, a lock is much smaller than a door, and a key is the smallest of all, but it can open the entire house”.

With respect to the quote, our bodies are the house, and our soul is the key. To keep our bodies healthy, we must regulate our soul, and our soul is the direct interpretation of what we think about. The same is true for the problems we face in our daily lives. When we focus on the solution rather than the problem, we are more likely to achieve success and a sense of accomplishment. As a result, a simple, well-thought-out solution can solve major issues.

A thoughtful solution includes effective time management and positive thinking. Everyone has 24 hours in a day, but how those hours are spent varies from person to person. Individuals with good time management skills can have more control over their lives, be less stressed, and enjoy more free time.

When faced with a problem, it is easy to enter panic mode; we are quick to imagine the worst-case scenarios. Take a step back and define the situation you believe is beyond your control. When it comes to problem solving, it’s easy to get tunnel vision, but there are usually multiple factors at work. Zoom out from the current situation to see all of the contributing factors to the problem and listen to everyone’s point of view. It becomes easier to deal with the problem when we approach it as if it were any other situation. A little bit of creative thinking and a methodical approach works wonders. The more positive your language is the more confident and optimistic you will be when confronted with a problem.

Here’s an inspiring excerpt from Rhonda Byrne’s book, ‘The Secret.’ “You are like a human transmission tower, transmitting a frequency with your thoughts. If you want to change anything in your life, change the frequency by changing your thoughts.”

Your intrusive thoughts have a significant impact on your physical health. Researchers believe that people who are more optimistic may be better protected from the inflammatory effects of stress. People who are hopeful and optimistic make better health and life decisions and are more focused on long-term goals. Negative emotions, according to research, can also weaken immune response.
